Vietnamese news released that two youths were arrested by police following they posed a unrest in Ho Chi minh Capital that caused a traffic jam so much in the city. Many people crowed to look the activities of police which try to arrest them by kicking and fighting them. Some people raise a question that why police use violent on them because police is a outlet which respect a law. Some people said that what police did on them is wrong a law.
