The Buddhism is a perfect religion that have no god. it have five precepts, eight precept and ten precept. The Buddha said that if anyone follow each precepts, they are Buddhist although what they are nationality, even Muslim, Christianity or Bhraminh and so on. If they break any precept like killing animals, Sexual misconduct, stilling something not allow by anyone, or drinking alcohol, they are not Buddhist and when they died they will get bad action which they did in this life. In this video there are two novices breaking on one precept called sexual misconduct. According to Buddhism all novices mush be stopped. They are not novice in Buddhism, they are normal people.
